Processing dates to know for Tax Year 2025.  

S-Corp Form 1120-S:  March 16, 2026, with an extension September 15, 2026.

Form 1040 and most all others: April 15, 2026, with an extension October 15, 2026.


Why have an IRS Online Account?  Plus, no more PAPER CHECK refunds.  

An IRS online account allows taxpayers to access personal tax information, including recently filed returns, securely. Through this tool, taxpayers can:

  • View tax records, including adjusted gross income and transcripts.
  • Make, schedule and view payments.
  • Get or view their Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) if requested upon filing.
  • Authorize a tax professional to access their tax records digitally.
  • Access available Forms W-2 and certain 1099s.  
  • Taxpayers must provide routing and account numbers to get their refunds directly deposited into their bank accounts. No More paper check refunds.

    NEW! Your ID.me account with the IRS will ALSO log you into the Social Security Administration.  This is very convenient.

We cannot send your documents to third parties.  DML Tax is not responsible for client portal data loss or failure of transmission, upload or transmission failures due to technical issues or other issues.
